Mr. Napolitano is the Founder & CEO of the FAVO Group of Companies, Including FAVO Realty Inc., a publicly-traded company (FAVO – OTC Markets). Mr. Napolitano has over 25 years of business experience & entrepreneurial insight. He also serves as Executive VP for Richmond Honan Development & Acquisitions, LLC. On Wall Street, he specialized in REIT’s and related real estate products and served as Chief Investment Officer for multiple special purpose vehicles (SPV) which acquire private stock in Pre-Initial Public Offerings (Pre-IPO) in unicorn companies such as Facebook & Twitter. Mr. Napolitano also led banking teams which have raised over $250 Million in REIT related products and participated in financing several billion dollars of real estate-related IPOs. From 2002 through 2011, he was Founder & CEO of Garden City Capital Management LLC & PNI Global Partners Inc., which operated as a significant independent OSJ for a national brokerage firm. Prior to that, Mr. Napolitano spent several years as a Portfolio Manager of one of the largest family-owned hedge funds in NYC. Mr. Napolitano holds an AAS In Hotel & Restaurant Management and holds Series 24, 62 & 63 designations.
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Mr. Vaughan Korte is a finance executive with 17 years of business experience and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Management, with a Level 1 qualification from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). While based in Dubai, Mr. Korte spent 10 years working for one of the world’s largest sporting retailers and was responsible for managing all finance-related operations spanning 60 countries and 5 subsidiaries across the Middle East and North Africa, as well as overseeing facilities management within the UAE. As a Senior Business Executive, Mr. Korte has experience in developing strategies, driving process improvements and managing core business practices at a very high level. Mr. Korte is also experienced at evaluating multi-million dollar investment decisions and executing strategic initiatives, resulting in increased stakeholder value.
Mr. Shaun Quin is the President of FAVO Group Of Companies, Including FAVO Realty Inc., a publicly traded company (FAVO – OTC Markets). Previously, Mr. Quin was the CEO of RLT Atwood International Limited (Share Code RLT), a publicly-traded company on the MERJ Stock Exchange. RLT was the world’s first listed blockchain investment company and was acquired by FAVO Realty Inc. Mr. Quin has 20 years of business experience & entrepreneurial insight. He is currently a Director, Partner & Investor in multiple companies in various sectors including Property Management, Insurance, Wealth Management, Retail & Fintech. Mr. Quin has received significant accolades in his career, including being presented with the Microsoft Worldwide Innovation Award In 2010 In Washington DC by Microsoft’s CEO, Steve Ballmer. He also received the Young Manager of the Year Award for 2015, Most Improved Business Award in 2015 & Business of the Year Award in 2016. He is truly a “big ideas” man and a true entrepreneur.
Robert M. Aldrich
Executive VP Of Acquisitions
Executive VP of Acquisitions – Mr. Robert M. Aldrich has 20+ years’ experience in commercial office and retail property, and asset and fund management in the US and Canada, with operational experience from the ground up. He has acquisition and disposition experience in most major North American markets, as well as portfolio management expertise including investor/equity entity level management, strategic tax planning, cash flow optimization, debt finance, and insurance risk management. He has 13+ years of experience working with foreign investors, including German/European banking and investment firms. Mr. Aldrich has a broad range of experience and interests which primarily focus on commercial real estate with additional concentrations in renewable energy, infrastructure and other private equity opportunities. He has experience in cross border investment into North America and has a broad base of European connections available for bilateral co-investment.
Richard A. Dubi
Chief Strategy Officer (CSO)
Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) – Mr. Richard A. Dubi is a founding partner of Richard A. Dubi, P.C., a litigation and business law firm specializing in complex corporate litigation; real estate transactions and syndications; and business formation and development, handling all aspects from the start-up to the exit strategy. For nearly 30 years, Richard A. Dubi, P.C. has guided start-up businesses and has developed protocols for operational stability. He plays an intricate role in the various financing rounds and exit strategies to a variety of businesses. From 2010 to 2017, Mr. Dubi was the CEO Of ParksByNature network. ParksByNature developed the PocketRanger; a smartphone application that connected tens of millions of users to State, National & County Parks as well as Fish & Wildlife. Prior to that, Mr. Dubi was an early investor in Trump International Hotel, Las Vegas. Currently, Mr. Dubi sits on multiple advisory boards in a variety of industries.
Executive VP Of Development
Executive VP of Acquisitions – Mr. Christopher Lynch has 25 years of experience in construction management and real estate development. Mr. Lynch is currently a project manager for LiRo Group, LLC. Over the past decade, Mr. Lynch has developed or is developing over $1.7 Billion in real estate projects. These projects total approximately 500,000 Sf of commercial/retail, 850 residential units, 130 key hotels and a 450,000 Sf mixed-use medical campus. Prior to that, Mr. Lynch served as the lead developer for Ginsburg Development Corp and served as VP Of Acquisitions for the Beechwood Organization. In these roles, he supervised the approval of some of the key and most prestigious communities in Westchester County, NY & Fairfield County, CT. He holds a BA in Construction Management, and he has served on the zoning board in his hometown, Brookfield, CT.
Mr. Hein Smit is the current Chairman of Lion’s Head Investments, an Eastern European £350Mil Property Fund. Mr. Smit has 40 years’ experience in property valuations, investments, development and management. He is the former CEO of Oryx Properties, a joint-stock company listed on the Namibian Stock Exchange, the former Chief Investment Officer of Old Mutual Property and the former CEO of Marriot Property Group. Mr. Smit brings guidance and seasoned expertise as an advisor to the FAVO Group LLC and its management team.
Mr. Robert Baskind is the President of LBJS Management Corp, a real estate holding company. Mr. Baskind is also a Managing Member of Wimbledon Management, LLC. Wimbledon Management specializes in single and multi-tenant net lease real estate and they currently manage, for related entities, a portfolio of approximately 25 properties worth in excess of $65 million throughout the United States. Mr. Baskind oversees all initial due diligence, acquisitions and investments for the company. Robert started his real estate career in 1975 in Brooklyn, NY acquiring multifamily properties and converting them to co-ops. Since that time, Robert has acquired, managed and successfully disposed of various types of commercial real estate assets across the country. Robert is an active investor and has led multiple companies throughout his long career.
Mr. Rocco Trotta is the Founder and Chairman of the Board of the LiRo Group. Mr. Trotta has molded the LiRo Group from a small group specializing in construction administration to one of the top construction management & engineering firms in the United States. Mr. Trotta has been recognized repeatedly by numerous organizations, most notably, being named Engineer of the Year by the New York State Society of Professional Engineers. Mr. Trotta has over 40 years of business experience and has an entrepreneurial spirit. He owns or has owned several prominent NYC restaurants and real estate projects, and has provided seed capital for dozens of companies over his long, storied career. Mr. Trotta also serves on several business and non-profit boards.
Mr. Joseph Manopella is the Deputy Executive Director of Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat Hospital, a division of Lenox Hill Hospital and part of Northwell Health. Mr. Manopella joined Northwell in 1999 and has held various executive positions within the organization. Northwell Health is the 9th largest non-profit hospital system in the country. Prior to being appointed to his current position, he previously led business development & strategy for Northwell Health’s core laboratories. He also served as Executive Director of Franklin Hospital and Director of Cardiac Services at LIJ Medical Center. Mr. Manopella earned his undergraduate degree from Stony Brook University and holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration from Baruch College/Mount Sinai School of Medicine. He serves on the Board of Stony Brook University Alumni Association and is a Member of the Energeia Partnership Program.
Mr. Darren Leiderman currently serves as Executive Vice President, Long Island, NY for Colliers International. Mr. Leiderman joined Colliers International in 1996 and has earned recognition for his business excellence and has received multiple awards as one of Colliers International LI Inc. top producers of the year. He was also a Colliers International Everest Award Winner In 2011, 2012, 2015, 2016 and 2017 which honors his achievements as a top producer. In addition, he was named a CoStar Power Broker multiple times. Mr. Leiderman has extensive knowledge of all aspects of real estate deal structuring, which allows him to bring invaluable input to the negotiating table. He has represented landlords, tenants and some of the most prestigious companies in the world. He has represented AT&T, Capital One, Coca Cola, NYU Langone, Northwell Health, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, GE Capital, Honeywell, Virgin Atlantic, Cullen & Dykman, CLK Properties and many more. Mr. Leiderman attended Binghamton University, where he studied a diverse array of disciplines from Psychology to Finance. Darren has received numerous honors for his work with charitable organizations including the Golden Heart Award by the North Shore University Hospital Preschool Development Program.
Mr. Jason Baskind is the President of JLEA Management Corp, a real estate holding company. Mr. Baskind is also a Managing Member of Wimbledon Management, LLC. Wimbledon Management specializes in single and multi-tenant net lease real estate and they currently manage, for related entities, a portfolio of approximately 25 properties worth in excess of $65 million throughout the United States. Mr. Baskind has over 15 years’ experience and is responsible for all day-to-day activities of the business which includes property management and communication with lenders and partners. He also assists in all aspects of due diligence, acquisitions, dispositions and financing.
